So, this week’s blog post has taken on a different theme to the one planned.

 

It’s been a sad week at BrownOwl HQ. We had to say goodbye to Rolo, my gorgeous, 16 year old  miniature schnauzer. Oh my, it’s been a tough week. However, if there’s one thing Rolo taught me, it was to absolutely live in the moment, to never look back, and always, ALWAYS keep your tail held high!

 

In this spirit, I want to share a free gift with your child/ren, one that is incredibly close to my heart, this week more than ever.

 

The theme this week is ‘pet care’. In this fun activity your child/ren will learn vocabulary related to pet care - feeding, grooming and the general well-being of pets - from dogs, to cats, hamsters and goldfish!

 

There may well be a video uploaded to go alongside this resource at some point in the near future, however, this week is not the time to be in front of a camera for too long!!

As a side note, for those of you enrolled in my Beginner’s English course, keep an ear out for Rolo - she featured in the final few videos…when she quite literally wouldn’t let me sit down without telling me off!! I did consider editing these moments out when I was in the production phase,
